4	Conclusion	Overall, plastic is a material that useful for our life, but it is also has negative side if we don’t use it properly. The problem of the plastic waste in ocean are affected by animals and human. Although, the solution of the problem is by ourselves to reduce the amount of plastic we use in our life. -

Plastic Ocean

Plastic is a synthetic material made from a wide range of organic polymers, that can be molded into shape while soft and then set into a rigid or slightly elastic form. Scientists estimate that more than 8 million metric tons of plastic is entering our ocean every year. For this reason, countless animals across marine ecosystems are affected by plastic pollution. However they have made a lot of problems,  but there are always solutions in every problems.

The problem of the plastic waste in ocean are affected by animals and human. For example, a number of endangered marine animals killed with large amounts of plastic in their stomachs have been reported by the media. For instance, a Green turtle and a whale was found dead, with plastic shreds from fishing gear, rubber bands and other marine debris in their stomach.  Consequently, as these plastic are ingested by animals in the ocean, it could also harm the other animals and for human as well, because we as human also consume fish and mammals.

The solution of the problem is by ourselves to reduce the amount of plastic we  use in our life. Because an estimated 80% of the plastic in the garbage patch comes from land-based sources like landfills, the remaining 20% comes from ships at sea. The way to reduce the plastic use is by bring your own shopping bag and personal bottle. In fact, somewhere between five billion and one trillion plastic bags and bottle plastic are used each year around the world. These bags have a high environmental cost and are one of the most universal forms of garbage.

Overall, plastic is a material that useful for our life, but it is also has negative side if we don’t use it properly. The problem of the plastic waste in ocean are affected by animals and human. Although, the solution of the problem is by ourselves to reduce the amount of plastic we use in our life.
